The development of the Agriculture Management, Economics, and Sales curriculum was made possible by a grant from FCS Financial and employee contributions made on behalf of the company. FCS Financial made the decision to fund this project based upon the results of a survey given to agriculture teachers across the state of Missouri. The need for a new curriculum focusing on agriculture management and economics was evident. A core group of specialists in the field of agriculture management and economics was created to oversee and participate in the development and implementation of this three-year project. Got a great idea for a lesson activity to enhance the curriculum or a lesson update? We want to hear about it. Each year we will update the lessons in the curriculum with lesson enhancements and updates submitted by you and your peers. The MVATA Curriculum and Resources Committee will review all submissions on an annual basis. Approved lesson enhancements and updates will be added to the curriculum.
